1. The defective products must be under a valid warranty. Defective goods must be returned to Longda Technology 14 days prior to warranty expired,otherwise Longda reserves the right to reject your application.

2.  It is compulsory to complete the entire RMA Request Form clearly. Pls fax the RMA request form to 852-24228059

3.  We wilI assign a RMA number in two Working days upon receipt of RMA Request Form. All
returns must be assigned a RMA number before sending back.

4.  Please return yore RMA parts to US within 7 days,please clearly mark the RMA number on all packaging.. Return packages must be accompanied wilh a copy of the original invoice All labels must be removed else subject to refusal.

5.  Warranty will be considered VOID under the following conditions:
i)any improper usage，alternations，modification of the defective product
ii)physical damage due to accidents and negligence.E.g bent or missing pins on cpu；burnt ic on the modules.

6.  The normal processing period for RMA will be four to six weeks from the date of receipt of the defeetive products.

7.  After the processing period either replacement(of the same product or upgraded)or credit will be given for the RMA. please note credit amount will usually be the market price.

8.  All replacement goods only have 2 weeks"Dead On Arrival"warranty provided.1 year warranty cannot be applied on all replacement goods.

9.  Shipping expense of defective item will be the cost of the customer while freight charge of replacement will be at Longda's expenses if problem with merchandise is determined to be Longda Technology's responsibility. No customer has the authorization to use Longda's shipping accounts without our prior writlen consent. Anyone using our shipping account number without our authorization is considered as Fraudulent, misuse and may result in criminal charges.
